No that's not the problem.. more like I can't rise through the Beginner zone because it's on Freeleech, hence my downloads are not counted... which means I'm stucked with 0 ratio lol.

No it's not ratioless. It's just that they are having Freeleech until 12th July, which makes none of your Download transfers counted.
