Everyone is free to upload but you must include screenshot sheets for your video content. Good news is if you get over 50 completes and 2 days have passed, you get your torrents size added to your upload amount. This bonus is offered to keep people uploading popular content.

There's also Freeleech Week, It lasts a Week At The First Sunday Of Every Month, It includes all torrents 2GBs and over.

Overall it's a decent Adult Torrent Tracker, that still has room for improvement. The speeds vary since everyone can upload torrents, overall they have decent speeds.

are they offering to allow members from cheggit in without an invite or whats the story

This isn't an invite only site the sign up is open and it doesn't have the variety of Cheggit in some areas. Things have changed now a days though, you should keep your options open and get bits and pieces from different places just like how bittorrent works best.
