Good trackers are ones you use. Regardless, of whether it is IPT or this one. My personal opinion is that it is a bangin site and I use it everyday...

    To each his own...

    Quoted for truth!

Hell even Demonoid could be all that someone needs for their use, just depends up to the person and what they are looking for.

Adding onto this, I think that there are some people that are just more interested in becoming part of the actual community i.e forums and irc. There's always a chance that certain trackers just don't have things we need or are interested in, however the reason some of these trackers are so private is because of their community. You get a completely different feeling from being part of a such a private renowned tracker, than as you would not get from being in Demonoid and other low level trackers, the communities are so large you don't really stand out. But I'm speaking from a very low experience though.

I think that TorrentLeech is great for torrents, but the site layout and the forums, in my opinion are just not pleasing to the eye and to me it feels uninviting to join in the community i.e forums, so I use it for torrents I want and seed back more than enough, in a way that is how I contribute to the community. Now whereas PTN's layout is in my opinion very eye pleasing and welcoming, the forums and the community are very friendly, it makes you want to be a part of that therefore I find myself being a part of the forums and contributing to the site much more.

So in the end the community in FTWR is may be what makes it a great place to join.

    My 2 cents/rant lol.

As other people may have said and reviews also say this is a very weak tracker. But i am guessing they have a nice tight comunity and they all know eachother.. Which is of course veyr nice

For me this must be the ultimate tracker.
I really don't give a crap about super ultra fast pre. times and download speeds. What really matters for me is anonymity, and I believe that this tracker could provide some of that, regarding their strict invite rules, and small user base.
I believe that this tracker would give me the freedom to download and upload just like I want, without thinking about 'Big Brother' watching my torrent activity.

If I ever would be so lucky to get invited to this tracker, I would make sure to put it in my testament, so that my kids at some point in time would inherit it.

Is the invite system really closed? I heard from a friend that you need to 'apply' for the person you will invite send profile links and many other stuff for the mod to consider. Can anyone confirm this?

I recently heard that this tracker is dead. Since it is so elusive I don't know if people in general are speaking the truth. Anyone who is a member care to shed some truth on this matter?
