Nice and friendly german tracker. Has tons of movies (Cinema & TV), almost exclusively in german (which is hard to find elsewhere) and many Games, Appz and more.
Signup is open at the moment. Every completed torrent with a ratio below 0.7 must be seeded for at least 48h (not necessarly uninterupted).

This is the tracker to go to, if you're looking for german stuff. It also has quiet a lot good scene-releases of games (those also often in english or multilanguage). The signup is a bit cumbersome, as you have to answer a big bunch of questions about the rules and FAQ, but you can still do it without an invite at the moment.
If you don't wanna get into trouble, you have to seed all torrents for at least 48h after completion, or as long as the ratio of the torrent is below 0.7. This might be a little long, but it gets you seed-points and ensures, that also torrents with no leechers left improve your overall ratio.
As it's not the largest tracker, it's hard to get good ratios on old torrents, because there are no leechers left. But there are sufficient ways to get a good ratio (OnlyUploads, Seedpoints, ...). There's a 'Reseed Request' button for old torrents, if you'd like to get one, that has no seeders left. It got answered in mere hours the one time I used it.
The staff is very friendly, kinda like a family. The site features online radio-stations run by some members, pretty cool.
You can browse through the newest torrents right on the first page with a nice flash-app. The tracker features a lot of rare stuff, that you probably won't find on many other places (like german tv documentaries, ...).

I can confirm that too, though I must say I had difficulties understanding their questions, even though I've studied German for 7 years, managed to answer them correctly on my second try. I was searching for some German releases and couldn't find them, overall (at first glance) it seems that they have more stuff subbed/dubbed in German rather than stuff made in Germany, but I might be wrong as I've been member for only a couple of minutes.

Well, the test is quiet complex. I had to do it twice myself and german is my mothertongue ;).

I don't download that many movies there, as I prefer them in english, but everything I got was original german localization, nothing subbed or dubbed. Also, there's a lot of documentary stuff and such from german tv that only exists in german in the first place ;).

That's nice to hear, but do you have experience of their request system? Is it hard to get p2p content that hasn't appeared on other trackers? Does it take long for requests to get filled?

Well, I never made a request, so I can't really say. Fresh scene-releases of games are up there as quickly as for example BitGamer.
There's a nice reseed-request button if you want to download an old torrent that hasn't got any seeders left anymore. It got answered within mere hours the one time I used it.
