I would give the tracker 6/10 as it is newly opened only time will tell how popular the tracker will be amonst the users.



Speed wise only a few users have a seed box, so the speed of tracker is okay only time will tell, as the site is still in devolpment mode hope the site will pre scene torrents as well as p2p ones. For now the tracker only is tracking a few torrents but hopefully it can pick up in the near future.
I like this tracker because of the theme and that it accepts external torrents.
