This is in the narrow circle of - almost - private trackers where it's very difficult build up a decent buffer when you get started, but it does deliver what it promises. The advantages of speed are also a problem at the beginning: high downloading speeds are only useful for who is already established in the community, otherwise effectively being an obstacle to the newcomers who can get rips in lightening fast time, but can't upload it back because by the time they start uploading nearly one hundred of new seeders pops up fragmenting the request for the torrent so much that your deliver is killed down to nothing. Paring this arduous task with the rigid structure of rules, It comes out clear that for the few weeks (or months!) to come you're sitting on the sideline just trying not to get banned because of your low ratio.
I'm not saying it's not worth it, but it takes longer than you might expect, so be careful to read closely the rules and be patient because you're not going to be able to download anything of interest at the beginning.
I should point out that you can buy "downloading credit", but it is just ridiculous to me because it defies the purpose of getting in there not to pay for stuff! Donating is a completely different ballpark...

it is quite difficult to upload without a seedbox in this tracker...

I guess it really depends on you connection speed and , more importantly, how well you tweaked it for your specific needs. Surely having a seedbox speeds everything up, but speed comes at a cost obviously. For BMT I would really recommend it only to non-US residents for evident reasons. But that's just me.

Very good tracker, good contents and fast speeds but It wont add anything additional to any one who has TVT.COM, BTN or Freshon.TV specially BTN & TVT. BitMeTV has a bad ratio system with no seed bonus or any kind of help to build some ratio !!. Just upload some contents and here you are !!. We have another tracker on the yard "TVTZ" with great system to build ratio and keep all torrents alive !!.

Oh yes, I see a lot of competitors to BitMeTV on TV's specialty. I hope always that we have many good trackers with different systems exist as a competitors in the same specialty like "TV" and all of them are successful like this.
