I thought pretimes are only for scene releases. From what I've seen their competitive with pretimes with other top tv trackers

This is a "Review" thread. Offering our opinion on the tracker when compared to other trackers is a perfectly legitimate practice. Any decent review will mention alternatives to the tracker being reviewed. With all the problems BMTV has, it's best to steer people clear of it until they make changes. And for the record, BMTV shouldn't be included in the top 2, that 2nd place distinction should go to TvT.
And SmokingOG, just for comparison sake, BMTV has 13 torrents total for Adventure Time with Finn and Jake. If you look at the highlighted area of the followin screenshot, you will see BTN has 154. Just saying.

that's where they are hiding lol iv been looking for this show everywhere!!!! i see from your BTN screenshots they are up to date with season 3 EPs! Thanks for the valuable info .
A real TV junkie has all the big TV trackers anyway.
BTN is certainly the biggest one that you should try to get into at some point.
If you can't get into that one, you'll be well served with a combination out of BitMe, TVT.ro (freshXX) and TvT which are all decent and give plenty of room for uploading and cross-seeding to each other to gather a comfortable ratio at all of them.
I'm also very lucky to be in TvTz which is a 99.9999% closed community now. They may have the best collection of older and rather unknown shows.
BitMe has a lot of potential but right now the gap to the top is still quite big and they don't provide anything to set themselves apart from the pack, i.e. many other trackers have freeleech 720p season packs or award great boni for long-duration seeders.
