I'm from Argentina and the site is really awesome if you can speak Spanish, although you can find good stuff even if you don't speak the lenguage. The forums are quite active, the only way to join the site is by being invited

best latin tracker

I´m member of this tracker and i have to say that is good for spanish speakers although i don´t believe it would be useful for english speakers.

Great tracker. If you don't speak spanish it might not be that useful. But they do have lots of content, so if you can get by with the language, it's highly recommended.
