Waffles is one of the best music trackers in the world. It exists for almost 4 years now, and it was created from the ashes of OiNK. Currently they have a whopping 360000 torrents indexed which would make any music lover go crazy. To that collection they add hundreds each day.

At Waffles the main content that can be found is, indeed, music. But other neat stuff can be found, also, such as Apps for both Windows, Mac and Linux; Audiobooks and E-books and of course E-learning Videos and what not.

Since music nowadays can be found in all sorts of formats, Waffles offers a very large range itself. The main format everybody is looking for is V0, a lossy format, that is not a very large size, but, still, has some quality. For the people that like HQ music, you should know that that's where Waffles is best. Plenty of FLAC can be found on Waffles, but the tracker has a special category for the best of the best. It's called The Waffle Iron, and each torrent labelled as such is expected to be of the finest quality.

A lot of people are categorizing Waffles as hard-to-seed tracker, and I couldn't agree more. But, despite that is really easy to maintain a ratio. Considering that everybody is allowed to upload, there shouldn't be any troubles keeping a nice ratio.

Also Waffles doesn't ignore it's low bandwidth users. They have a total of 366 freeleech torrents, that can be grabbed in order to raise the ratio. They can be found labelled with this icon . But the real trick for having a good ratio at Waffles is waiting for the Sitewide Freeleech. Recently they've added a new promotion which states that when a certain donation limit is reached they will unleash a Sitewide Freeleech that lasts for 24 hours. On top of that, everyone who donates the same day the limit is reached gets another 24h of freeleech.

Now, let's talk about the invites. Regular invites are given out to power users twice per month at a random time, donors upon their first donation, and as prizes to contest winners. Also, the invite system is not always open. Indeed, most of the time it is, but when it isn't the Anytime invites come into play. These special invites are not earned in any way and can only be obtained by buying them in the Points Shop. There are 2 ways of buying an Anytime Invites: first one is to convert one regular invite into 2 anytime invites (350P) and the second one is to directly buy an anytime invite (1700P).

Invite availability. Most of the Waffles inviters are pretty picky with their invites. They usually look for someone that has good ratios at hard-to-seed trackers and owns a seedbox.

If you are already at Waffles, I know you love it, if not then what are you waiting for!?

    Personal opinion and thoughts

Speeds: 3 out of 5. It doesn't have ultra fast speeds, but then again the files aren't that large either.
Content: 4.9 out 5. Basically all the good music is here.
Pretimes: 4 out 5. I'm gonna give it a 4 out of 5, but when it comes to music I don't look for pre-times, I look for content and quality.
Community: 5 out 5. Helpful staff. Active community. Nice promotions.

Great review. I find it so hard to seed at waffles that it's discouraging for me to download music there. I'm almost at PU level and 90% of what I have downloaded was to improve my ratio rather than music I wanted.

I got a waffles invite about a month ago and I really love this site.

Keeping a good ratio is tough but uploading your own content solves this problem.

I was fairly new at ripping CDs but after reading guides on Waffles I've become quite adept at it and currently have about a 38 gig buffer.

I recommend this site to any music lover.

ok wafflers, i'll tell you my secret. i use rutracker for uploading/cross-seeding purposes. it's russian but that doesn't matter. just use the search.
by the way, you don't have to make an account at rutracker to download torrents below the 100mb mark so...get that electronic music and up it to waffles. EASY BUFFER !!!

No doubt its difficult to seed but a few of your own uploads and you'll see ratio will never be a problem. Community here is also awesome. People appreciate your upload and I have been thanked many thanks for uploading there both in pm as well as posts.

Its not really hard you just have to upload things, you should be doing that anyway if you want the tracker to get better. Music is the easiest thing to upload since its fairly small in file size compared to movies.
