Catch-22. Unfortunately I'm kinda stuck in it, as I keep flipping through various stories in a Harlan Ellison omnibus and I'm also trying to chop down my comic backlog...

I just finished the Old Man and the Sea (rereading from grade school days) and it was excellent, and sad, and noble. I'm looking forward to reading more Hemingway. I also reread Brave New World (again from grade school days) and again, the book this time around was excellent, and provocative, and sad. I wish my old English teachers did a better job of engaging us in the content long ago, because both books were exciting and well written and purposeful, but I took none of that away when I was 14. Lost time...

Right now I'm reading Siddhartha, and the Derivatives, Options, and Futures Licensing course material. One is interesting, the other...not so much...

@Montol - are you liking sidhartha?

I finished night film by marcia pessl- was nice for the most part but i wish the ending was different- also reading keigo higashino's salvation of a saint- best way to describe the book-spare,elegant and clear... hehe i hope i am making sense :)

@missrao85 - Yes, Siddhartha was excellent. Beautiful prose, and the evolution of the storyline was wonderfully executed.

Right now I am slogging through the Hooded Man Omnibus by Paul Kane. It's a retelling of Robin Hood in a post apocalyptic setting. Not a great book, but not a bad one either.
