Default Leaving a negative iGiver for unresponsiveness?

I was just wondering if it's ok to leave a negative iGiver to someone who opens a giveaway thread but intentionally neglects it? I requested an invite and I see that this person visits the 2-3 times a day (it shows under his profile) and yet he will not answer the requests posted under his thread. So after 4 days of him not answering I had to PM him, he comes back and replies to it asking for a PM with proofs and an e-mail, I send him that and he does the same thing, visits the site 3 times and still no reply.

I think there should be a rule in regards to that. If you are not willing to bother answering to the requests then don't offer the invites.

Not sure what the other side of the story is but based on your account, this is rude and unacceptable behavior imo.

However, I think the offended party should get with a Mod, as opposed to the offended party giving out the negative iGiver.

No, this won't be implemented. The purpose of the iGivers are specifically for record-keeping not T-I forum issues. It's not a means to show your frustrations. You could always report the post/thread and if the inviter is simply leaving the thread open for rep/thanks, a mod will close the thread and infract the user.

a member is under no obligation to give you an invite he requested something from you in regards to your interest, maybe he did not think you are a good candidate or anything along these lines and he does not choose to give you an invite. The courteous thing to do would be to inform you of said decision but not every one has the courtesy of doing so, so just move on and apply for the invite somewhere else as giving a neg igiver in this circumstance is not appropriate
