I agree, his personal humiliation is much too gratifying to let this end so soon. After that it can be moved :P

I don't think the spam is significant, it's no worse than 1 word replies filling up space.

sounds cool to me if there isn't alot of spam.

Foe me, joining the IRC is to make friends and have fun which I have and i really don't care about Lotto spamming IRC.

So my 2 cent. leave it as it is:)

I always have mixed feelings about this Lotto suggestion :)
Sometimes it is annoying but I don't mind it there. It's good and fun
as DX said :) One of the reasons why it should stay there is that
a winner doesn't want to receive a prize, he often offers it on the
channel to somebody pick it up.

I don`t think that 1 word wroten in 2 hours is considered Spam...I like the game, how I understood it...Leave it as it is..
