Facts sub-forum

Lately we have seen a lot of facts threads in the general discussion. They seem to get a lot of traffic. So why not make a sub-forum for them, under the General Discussion.

When the Games section is considered to be spread into sections, this (facts sub-forum) should be done before, as it's more popular.

those are only a few from the first page in general discussion.
if "FACTS" seems a little bit over-rated, you could name it "KNOW-HOW"

Honestly I don't think its necessary. We have General Discussion specifically for this type of talk. As long as its interesting and elicits conversation (and doesn't belong elsewhere) then that's where it belongs. I really don't see a need to hide it as all it would do is make General Discussion less active.
