Im going to have to disagree on this i really don't see any point of this being made a sticky we already have enough sticky threads
--- i will have to disagree too. A thread is stickied for special announcements, rules/ guidelines, and FAQs. That thread about each user's desktop is not part of any of those categories.
As its popular, it should be constantly bumped to the top anyways.
The decision to make a thread sticky is up to the staff so let them do teir job.Anyway,I don't think that thread will qualify for a sticky thread...
