About LinkBacksPeople are posting threads requesting multiple trackers. Yes the rules say one thread per week, but by posting looking for tracker x,y,z seems a bit greedy to me, and sort of breaks this rule.

No more multiple tracker requests?
People are posting threads requesting multiple trackers. Yes the rules say one thread per week, but by posting looking for tracker x,y,z seems a bit greedy to me, and sort of breaks this rule.

I agree with you guys, but looking at it from the other point of view. Maybe this person does not have any 'good' trackers so they say "hey im looking for x, y, or z" and what they really mean is "i am looking to get into one of these three x, y, or z".

I think it is okay as long as you have a good reason why you want each one. If someone posts I want X,Y,Z because its a High Level Tracker then yeah I think that those people should earn an infraction.
BUT allowing people to request X,Y,Z prevents them from making multiple threads, thus reducing the amount of spam.
Its bad enough when someone is giving away invites to different trackers and some greedy person will want multiple invites.
I have to agree 100% on this. Most of the time when people post requesting multiple sites at once it's because they only want them for the status/level.
The only instance that I can see an exception would be a user that is just starting out in bt and doesn't have many/any trackers. Although I'd still not want to see a request for multiples because they should probably start slow as it can be difficult to manage multiple trackers when you are first starting out
