Thread: Shortcut keys

although im new here, i found that its pretty difficult to navigate through all of the topics in T-I. For example, discussion and review has five other topics within its section and off-topic has twelve. So in order to get to BitTorrent Discussion in discussion and review section, i have to navigate through its way. So instead of navigating this way, why dont we just make shortcuts??? where we only have to press one key on our keyborad and take us to certain section such as discussion and review. And then navigate way through there. That way we only have to click on once to see the new threads

Installing shortcut keys would be an unnecessary function. However, here's a tip:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/6848/

If you use firefox you can use that addon. Add the shortcut of your favorite sub-forum. Press Ctrl+Q then Press the short cut key. Simple really and no need to go about changing the forum. It works perfect.

I have coded an userscript that will allow you to navigate to all the different main forums with the press of a key. You will need Firefox or Google chrome to install the script.

i dont like the add-ons on my firefox, it takes up lot of RAM when i run firefox;;; is there another way?? such as "subforum appear as small links under the discussion and review." ??

then you can use the script made by Epxion.. and it can be found here: T-I Keystroke Navigation Script

And your concept is totally wrong.. Add-ons for ff take very small amount of ram..
