Thread: Power to delete posts

Well I was keeping this tought from quite a while now but today while reading the chopping block I thoght of giving it a shot let see how it goes...

so the whole idea is to take the power of users to delete there posts.As you know this will just make it gives oppertunity for guys to simply delete there posts and go clean..now you might be saying he can simply edit it but even if you edit the post won't go and atleast who is claming that someone did something has some thing to support his point....I have hardly used that function 2-3 times by now....on other places I just report my own post saying "plz delete this" and it's upto MOD's to decide to delete it...

i know this will increse the work of MOD's little bit but I think it will be overall good..

lets hear what other wanna say....but TBH it's always sad to loose a power...he he

I guess this could be used for the chopping block.

I personally only use the delete post when my internet disconnects, and I happened to have made a double post. I then delete my extra post because it was a mistake.

I understand how some users could use function to delete their groaned posts, but I think only members 55% and above can use delete their posts. And members over 55% rarely make groaned posts, so I don't really see the use of this besides in the chopping block.
