Thread: Invite G/As formats

Hey guys i just updated my invite G/As and i remembered we were talking alot about the review section. well i did something that may make it easy for users to see what trackers i have and what they are about.

I put the invites in this format
#of Invites/Tracker Name/Abbreviation/Type of Tracker/

Does this look familiar? its the tracker review format wow.
So i just copied the link to the tracker review and pasted it in my G/A like so.
1x| Metal.iPlay | RMT | Music | 2009

they were easy to organize in order.

The first cool thing i see coming out of this is people are checking the reviews more often and can make corrections or additions.




Now while i don't want this to become a chore i think this will help make G/As more uniform and readable. This also allows the invitees to quickly get our review of the tracker they are interested in.

Let me know what you guys think of this idea. i know mine are hit and miss with mostly miss but i really think this one is possibly a good one.

I see where you're coming from, however, how does this better the current system? Right now I think the number of invites + the tracker name is perfect. Gets the point across quick and fast.

it allows other to have a quick link to the reviews page of the tracker in question. and it keeps things organized lol. anyway it was just a thought.

It is good idea, but I don't believe it is necessary to do the GA formated like that. It could be just added to the rules as optional format.

Well don't you think you are the one withthe invite and tracker...the one who wants it should do the work read the review and ETC it's not our job to search for stuff just to give my invites these all giveaways why we need that to be beautiful...though again it's a personal choice sometime even I have used this format so it shouldnt be a rule it's just if you want to do it then do if don't then also OK...

i wasnt thinkin of it as a rule i think i made it sound like one but more of a sugested format for the better good. i dunno maybe its not so good

Well m8 as a simple suggestion it's awesome....if we have time this is a much better format as it will make the giveaway more easy to go with....

I think its a great idea.

I have already done this with a few of my giveaways. My logic behind this is that maybe the user has heard about the site, and maybe wants more information on it. They might not search through the forums for a review(a common mistake for new users), and if I link the review before they Join, it may help decide whether or not to apply for an invite.

However, I don't think the trusted section needs this. If this suggestion is implemented, it should only be for the new members in the low and mid level sections.

exactly guys thanx for the support. but it is a lil more work so i dont expect it to be a rule.
