This is my second suggestion of the day....I feel that the ratio proofs should be checked with profile links before repping a new person.....This is should be sent as a pm to the repping user to cross check.I am saying this because it is not difficult for anyone to get a ratio proof these days coz there are many forums out there with ratio proofs.....
