Another mini suggestions regarding forum resizing

Well as most of you know the forum resizes most images even pretty small ones like logos and sigs, its happened to me so many times that people have put the thumbnailed sig instead of the original size because they are not aware that when I posted it the forum resized it.



Most forums have a Resize bar that looks like this




Ironically its being resized :001_smile:
Anyway this doesn't effect most, and if its to much trouble i understand, but this bar would make me so much happier.

Alternatively you could make the minimum size for resizement a tad higher because its relatively small around here.

I like this suggestion.

There's also one thing I'd like to raise that's on a similar topic. While I was making my review for BBT, I posted screenshots as thumbnails with links to the full image. Unfortunately, due to the image parsing thing on this forum, it meant that the thumbnail displayed fine but the link I put turned into a link to the thumbnail. I don't really like this because it means that large images are still required to fully load before they are shrunk, which means that people on low bandwidth will suffer and experience long loading times.

You could tell people to click the image for a full size, but I see how that might be useful.

Anyway, TI's already running that hack. I'm assuming, however, that that bar saying it was resized is disabled. So it would be a quick modification :P So theres that possibility that it could be activated.
