Thread: Seedbox Giveaway Section

This section seems to be getting more and more popular with time. Alot of members are generously opening up their seedboxes to help members be able to work on their ratios. Now with a recent event I thought I would suggest the following when it comes to the giveaways of Seedboxes........

- Once the seedbox is given away to notify people that is has been already given out by either posting something saying it has been given out and to who it went to. Also include the first day that the seedbox would be available to the person and till what date the person has to use the seedbox. This will eliminate any confusion of when a seedbox can no longer be accessed that way no one gets into any trouble

-Or to make it a little easier have the Inviter when giving feedback to the reciever of the seedbox put the dates of when the seedbox will be accessed for the first time. And if it is a 30 day giveaway just write on the comments 1-22-10 to 2-22-10 (for example).

Good idea hummingbird.. personally i think your first suggestion would work better to create less confusion. :)

Yes, I agree. The winner, duration, start and end dates should definitely be stated in the original post for ALL to see. Even more so when the seedbox provider is giving out these boxes consecutively.

The provider should make the arrangements, notify the user through PM, and edit their OP with all necessary information. This should be mandatory.
