I don't agree with you on this one mate!This is why:
I think this is an execellent suggestion mate!The interview thing in the irc is not easy to implend,cause there have to be always active users at the given channel.This has been discussed many times and our staff said,that for now it's not possible.
But I am for changing some of the questions and make them more clearer for all new users.Cause many of them don't really understand the trading invites question fro example and many just copy or already know what to say from the other intros.
The best solution is an interview in the irc channel(if a channel for this purpose is created one day) ;
The "intro repper" can ask more questions apart from the intro form and even ask the specific user to go to the irc and have a private conversation(this of course will take some time and it's up to the individual "repper",whether he has the physical time and desire to do that).But this way we will have a clearer idea of our future member's and why they want to join us.But as said above - this is part of future discussions.
About the "intro reppers",we can have something like 10-15 or more,who are active at the intro section all from diffrent time zones.This way there will always be a "repper",who will have a look at the new intros and so on....
To qualify for this position I suggest :
55% and above;
long time member here at T-I;
very active at the intro sub-forum:
has good reputation among the other T-I's member;
and of course our staff will have the final word.
That's all from me here.My brain is drained now,lol!
Jekata out!

Born from a mortal mother, but son of the God of war Ares, half human - half God, gifted with special powers, he secretly fights since the making of the Earth with the prime evils for the survival of our race. Without a doubt the most talented warrior of the known world, he singlehandedly defeated armies of hell's creatures and demons, smashing their bones to pieces with his heavy maul. Now he had been brought back to life and with his newly found strength, he's ready to face his greatest challenge ever, the fight with the immortals, I present to you, The Exalted!
Your situation was a little bit different though, Tru-ninja, you weren't hanging out there by yourself trying to make the decision. I was there and was going to rep him in, then you got 33%. Might as well let you have the experience of doing it plus I didn't have to give him a lot of rep points right off the bat.
I heartily disgree that only Exalted should rep in. There are too many people there who work very hard and do a wonderful job and no way should they be disallowed from doing so because they don't have some title. Besides, there are only 9 Exalted (soon to be 10), and we'd soon drown under the workload.
However, I also think that attaining 33% doesn't automatically qualify someone to be working in Intros. I also think that anyone who wants to work in intros needs to be given some basic instructions (far beyond what is currently given). They should also prove that they have a good working knowledge base concerning T-I and working on intros in particular.
The problem is that restricting who works in intros is diametrically opposed to what our administration wants, which is a website where all are encouraged to contribute.
Born of mortal flesh and blood, she has toiled with understanding cyphers at times so oblique as to defy all understanding, drawing the attention of those so hidden in the shadows that their substance is not even the stuff of legends. Her work, both revered and reviled, continues to this day, as The Exalted.
Lovin' T-I !!!!

The first impression I got would be that it would be a huge hassle. Members would have to PM their profiles to the inviter and if they don't have an account to the site, that would make things impossible. And so would the members being repped in. And it sounds like a whole lot more rules coming in to the system and a lot more people being banned.... So unless there can be a system which counters these things and can make it easy, I doubt it's going to happen.
