New Sub-Forum: Request Invites (Trusted only)

Hey guys,

just came up with this. What do you think about an exclusive Request forum for Trusted (100+) members, out of the obvious reasons (would be way easier to seperate the requests of trusted members from the other requests).

A sub-forum with the same "permissions" just like the other trusted invite forum would be needed for this.

What do you think? Anyone agrees?

Well there is already a VIP forum for requests and I think that when you seperate things into trusted requests, nobody would fill middle-level requests anymore..

Making requesting a trusted-only thing is a possibility though..

Requesting is already for 33% and up. The reason why everybody can post in that forum is so that members who aren't 33% can fulfill requests. Therefore, we probably don't need a forum which only Trusted can use as that would limit people from fulfilling requests too.

Sorry, but from my personal experience I gotta say that reaching the 55% was way harder than reaching the 33%. Also it needs some moredecent reps. So I can't really say that I agree about that argument.

Personally I would like it to stay as it is,there may be a VIP request section and probably you may think of a requst-only sticky somewhere in trusted GAs,but the members who are allowed to request already have proved that they CAN be trusted,thats the reason they have achieved 33%,they have given something back already so they are allowed to request for something.
Another thing to support my point:
If you look at the request section you ll see that a lot of request have alos been filled by members less than 33%(at the time of filling the request)so that would mean that if we deprive them of this 'elite' request section access they wouldnt actually be able to help the members who need invites.Just my 2 cents :)

wise words. doing this will make people shift over to the trusted, and then all the new guys won't be able to get their requests filled.

well, think of it at a different angle if you actually are requesting something would you want everyone to have the possibility to fill it or just the people who can access the trusted section. after being here a while you should be able to just browse though that section look who created the threads and you'll prob know if there trusted or not. my 2 cents once again :)

I like the way things are now. I think it would be waaaaaay too hard to reach that trusted level and that would leave noobs like me out in the cold.
