@thedeh i said that from day one, you get more experienced people as well, the idea seems lost on management though, I think they want to keep new recurits active as well to keep them interested in the site repping people in is popular with newcomers they like the power...anyway we see how the changes coming help
Suggesion 2 is what I really like the idea of,yes,the 1st one is OK,but I must agree on the 2nd one.People tend to look into other's introductions and take advantage of tat stuff,
For the 1st its actually something like an introduction forum mods ,well then they should also be given a few additional priviledges,only in that particular forum though
