Thread: Flagging cheater intros

We have one problem child who thinks it's a game to post intros and see if he can make more accounts here. I'm referring specifically to Revolver.

I understand and agree with the mods position that we not respond to him and that the best thing to do is to ignore him. I've gotten to the point where I can spot him a mile away, but many of our other members can't. Please don't think that I'm criticizing anyone because I'm not. But we need some way to identify his intro threads without posting on them and feeding his need for getting some kind of reactions out of us.

So I propose that whenever we spot Revolver that we just neg rep him and go about our business. That way the rep square under his name will turn red and act as a flag so other members won't waste their time. He also won't get any reactions out of us and his threads can die a slow lingering death by being buried under the new intros. That will be more humiliating to him than having a hundred intros banned.

Plus it would also save us from PMing the mods which they would probably appreciate.

Good idea, and I agree... I have seen many of his intros and have ignored them, only to come back later and see it at 3-4 pages of him saying immature things and people allowing themselves to be baited by him.

It's beyond ridiculous, and I agree the most prudent course is to just ignore him and eventually he will go away.

Ignoring him is only part of it though - the important part is neg repping so he has that identifying red square, and for all of us to look for a red square before replying to an intro.

I agree, that dude gotta STAY OUT of T-I. I got my eyes open for any Mohamad, Ajir, Badir, Ali and other players from the emirates..

I wholeheartedly agree with flutrose. Wasting time on revolver is time that you will never get back in life. We can utilize that energy to a more productive use.

I agree. I myself have a problem identifying him, and he's coming so often to the point that I just leave every intro from the Middle East alone because I don't know if it might not be him again.

Great idea flutrose!I was suppose to come up with this idea a long time ago.But when you have to deal with people like Revovler, you eventually get tired and lose your common sense.Now to the point- rawr you should get suspicious for intros from members,claining they are from America,all over Europe,Asia,Africa,.......you name it.You know,that we can all copy a speedtest from a person from Antarktica for example and say we come from there.So look for signs.It's easier to recognize his style,if you look closely.It looks like he's not that smart after all,lol.Follow all the instructions given by flutrose and let's make T-I a better and safer place.Yes we can!!!Jekata out!

An idea that popped to my mind, a single thread for all Revolver's speedtests and ratio proofs will be handy to spot him more easily.

It is an excellent idea to flag his intros .. agreed.
It's unacceptable that we avoid mid eastern users and not look into their intros
