Thread: Already reported statement

Ok so all this time i am here on TI i have reported many threads.
Propably some threads are also reported by some other members.
So it would be a good idea if the topic-post is reported again when you click the report button it will say that this post is already reported so no need to report it again.
i have seen this in other forums too.
i dont know how mods can see the reported stuff etc but if they have the same post being reported many times it would be better for them.

think the way it works is once you report a post, it sends out an email to a mod. So that's how they see it and take the necessary actions needed.

So your saying we should be able to report it numerous times
rather then just once? If so, I thnk once is enough regardless if you send 1 report (email) One time or ten, the mod will see it once they get a chance too.

no lets say i report a thread.and u report the same thread after me.
u will be able to see that this thread is already reported so no need to send a report again.
so that way mods can see 1 report and not many reports of the same thread.

so it's for the comfort of the mods then ? i agree on that ! ( I better see some THANKS from the mods for that )

I have never reported a thread , what kinda threads do u report ?for spam u report them or for what ?

Anything really, I report threads when they need to be closed, when ops beg for rep, etc.

wll that considerate of if they mind. they might like multiples though cause they can see how urgent it is to closed the thread or catch someone doing something quicker before they edit it. so that way they can know which thing to get to first cause i bet there doing alot

i dont think you close a thread if its urgent or not.
if it has to be closed it must be closed.
its another story.
