Hi,
How about making a rule that the first person to reply to an introduction thread always quotes the OP (except for wrong ratio proofs ofc), so that even if they correct and edit their answers after that and get repped in their initial response (which usually tends to be what they honestly think at that moment) still stays for future reference.
I myself always check someone's intro thread and post history if i want to determine whether they are reliable or not.

Good idea, actually there are some users that do that. I'll start trying it.

I prefer to do it, but the problem lies in that so few applicants get the proofs right on the first try. So I usually say nuts to it and quote them anyways, unless their proofs are so blatantly unedited that they're a big risk.

That's a good idea like if you have to go back and see there original introduction to prove something.
like what privat trackers they said they where part of and there original upload speed.
This has been debated already I just cant find the thread to were I seen it. But regarless its a good idea, its show the original post so we can see exactly what was said, and what was fixed. I would start doing this if your repping people in..

Yes this was formerly suggested and implemented , it is the 1st user only who is supposed to quote the intro ..
