Well guys, i think we need an admin in here and a poll.. after all T-I means his users and if we manage to get to a deal between us, for the better of T-I, than we can make a hell of a forum in here. I believe in giving a chance to the new incomers with 10 and 33%, but some just want to comment in intro`s for posts and it seems that they are not aware of one thing: Intro`s don`t count as posts.... !!! we need to help the new incomers, not to spam their intro`s, or fight between us...

Its great too see the same bunch of self rightous people, usually the same bunch that back the calls for the returns of mods that were demoted recently. They could not keep out of that business either. One in particular has been here only since middle of july and the other the end of july thats not very long to be giving such indepth advice. I see there is also developing in this bunch anti VIP feeling as well. As regards been bitter to VIPs well there is nothing you can do about that the site needs money and some people like me dont mind paying a little to be a member there is not much advantage really in been a VIP..Also some people who are here giving advice have invited people that got barred very quickly and should have banned themselves as result and were not, maybe they should examine there own business first..also there is a child like atmosphere of sucking up to certain mods as well which should stop!
Moreover, the Carlione thread became disruptive because many people joined the discussion that have very big egos and they live in the introduction section. I wish to point out I was the first one that start the repping process for that particular person. I feel the repping process can be influenced by a cultural thing as well as some members from big countries think they are more important than others; and have the need to tell people how things should be done...I have been in introductions very little since because of such people with such egos..the so called experts..its obvious who they are as they are on every new post and sometimes repeat even what another member has siad..carlione got banned anyway..did you know that fact? So the applicant was not so innocent like many of you are making her out to be...also if you wish to attack a member personally please pm that member as oppsed to starting a whispering gallery about the person.. so at least the member can relpy..

I dont suck up because its not the proper way of conducting oneself, its false and acting. Please stop picking on me yesterday as you follow all my posts around all day. Is this not attacking VIPs "Don't assume that even VIP members have experience to both although the majority of them do. Remember being VIP just means you donated money to the site or won MOTM. There's even been a couple of VIP's who've been exposed as cheaters and scammers, so you could have a user who has signed up today, been repped in, made one post and buys VIP. So off he goes into the intro forum without really having no idea of the rules. Which is one thing I don't understand, buying membership is fine to gain access to high level invite G/A's straightaway, but I feel there should still be a wait time, maybe a lesser time than normal members, for that VIP to learn the rules and post in intro's."
This loks like a person who is very unhappy with the VIP system i would say..

I am in no way anti VIP, bitter towards any VIP or even unhappy towards the VIP system. I happened to make a suggestion. It's like you said, to many so called experts. I believe it was you who, at a time of being on this site for only a few days, tried telling me how I should be repping people in on an intro thread. So you can take the comment you just quoted to mean the same thing. However I am above calling people so called experts. Everyone has a right to start somewhere, some just happen to blunder in without fully knowing the rules.
I've had my say and will leave this thread now. I mean no hard feelings and apoligise if you mistook the meaning behind my posts.

No one is picking on you or threatening to ban you. Additionally, that post you referred to is not an attack on the VIP system but a mere observation that VIP does not necessarily mean more trustworthy. You are certainly entitled to your opinion but what you may NOT do is flame people (yes calling them "self righteous" and "suck up" is flaming.) Insults and name calling will not be tolerated.
You are entitled to your opinion. However, several of your posts, including the two in here, are inflammatory and antagonistic. Now take it down a notch and state your opinion without resorting to name calling.

Yes, I agree but there are those that repeat what has been siad in a thread as well which is very annoying. I have left introductions for good now anyway..there is no point..too much hassle let the click that control it continue..Iam very much my own person with my own views..i dont wish to belong to any lobby groupings which seems to be developing here of late
These terms have been used elsewhere self-rightous is a frame of mind confident of one's own righteousness. Indeed i suffer from that and there iam attacking myself some what..introspection is a good thing....
franny66, can you please stay on topic and do not hijack the thread, it is against the forum rules! I strongly believe that flutrose brought the issue up in good faith, the intro section can be chaotic at sometime, and I believe flutrose just used Carlione's thread as one example, there was nothing personal towards you, nor to anyone else who has been kindly helping out in the intro section. However, as a community, we are continuing evolving, by introducing more rules which are good for us, hence the suggestion section exists.
On this topic, I strongly believe that we need to further regulate the intro section, as flutrose pointed out, new members are essential for us to survive and evolve, a chaotic intro section presents a negative image to the new users, which is not a good thing.
