Thread: Delete secret password thing on intro

If our motivation is to have new users read the rules, then the password thing worked well when I signed up. I found it fairly easily.



As far as changing anything, I agree with other posters in this thread. I'd like to see a system where one must enter the correct password or the post would be denied.

Eventually I think most scammers won't put in the time and effort to write much, this should be apparent after time, no? It appears to me as if those who take a shortcut may get in, but will likely continue to try shortcuts and give short answers. Thus they would get known for their actions and fail to advance with time. I could be wrong...

I had to read the rules like 10 times before i found it. It's cruel) I vote for answering several questions instead of finding a hidden password.

Who likes to read instructions? Usually we beat our heads against the wall trying to figure out how to do something.......and then a light bulb goes off and we say.....I've got an idea....I'll read the instructions. Then by the time we read the instructions we feel like a dumb ass for not speeding the process up by reading them in the first place..................ok I'm guilty.
