Maybe make a Tags field? So that in addition to being able to add a description, a mod can add a tag, like those you listed.

Similar to the Tags we use and see every day (uTorrent, bottom of forum threads, etc)

If you trust that they were banned for a good reason, does it really matter what that reason was?

There are different levels of bannable offenses (in my own mind). It's completely different to me if someone got banned for using an unapproved image hosting service as opposed to ratio cheating/scamming/trading.

Yeah we are actually implementing putting more options for reasons why we have banned a user atm it's not a very broad range we get to choose from.

The mods/admin/etc don't ban anyone for no reason. They have good reasons to ban these people. Why would they ban users who have been really helpful and have done no wrong? What you're saying doesn't make any sense at all.

Good to hear reksat, i like this idea, even though most people dont need to see this information, perhaps someone gave out an invite to someone, than next day they check there invite thread to see that user was banned. Its nice to see if there a cheater or not.

I think stock ones would be boring, I like reading Ethicks' comments most of the time. I get a laugh out of them.

I know that ethicks comments are funny but they arent really helpful (usually). Maybe we could use a system that use tags. For example [Trader] "insert funny comment here"
