Then yes, in the interests of other users account saftey he should be named and banned.

Not yet. He use a ratio cheat FOR staff will pay attention and will disable his acc. He want to delete his acc.
The very first invite I ever gave away was to a guy who already belonged to the tracker and got caught with 2 accounts and was of course blacklisted. How could I have known? Sucks for me because my name has been mud there ever since. They took all 14 of my invites away because of this and I have never gotten another since. That was 2 and a half years ago!
I am all for a list or site wide pms that will help sort out the idiots! Great ideas guys!
