Its a good idea and I would support it. Some faked proofs are dead obvious but some others aren't. Ive seen some slip through the introductions thread after been checked by members "patrolling the area" and subsequently been repped into the general forum area.

Anyway good idea, I think we all need to be on the outlook for scammers and this proposal would go some way into flushing these guys out.
