Suggest to remove every proofs if thread is closed

Hi Torrent-inviters, i would like to suggest that every user should remove their proofs' link if the thread closed. This is a security measure to avoid cheaters out there that would use proofs provided here to request in another site. I am not sure whether this will proven works 100% but at least this will protect our privacy as well.
Proofs should be remove if:
1) The thread is closed due to all invitation posted given out to user or inactivity
2) If the requested invitation is given out to a person and no invites left, the others who applied should remove their proofs. This situation occurs when a thread like 1x BG and 1x IPT. If the invite to either BG or IPT is given out to a user, therefore all others who applied should remove their proofs. But this thread is still active since one more invite is still not given out to anyone.

I agree with this. After I was repped in I deleted my proofs for that very reason. I think its a good rule of thumb for everyone.

This is something you can do your self. Now if you ask for proofs all you have to do is ask them to put your name in the search bar.

Yes, i agree with you Schuwe, but what if the cheaters use the proofs and posted it in other invites' site?Maybe the inviters would not even ask to put in name in the search bar or profile links.

Actually I think this is a good idea. However, many threads are never locked/closed. It would mean the inviter should always lock the thread when all invites are gone. I believe you can't really make this a rule because it is too hard to verify if it's not being broken.
One could still add a suggestion in the sticky treads, though.

A warning for those(inviter) who did not lock the thread after given out all of their invitation maybe can solve the problem. This rule maybe need to add something to make it better

One more thing that i realized, if we subscribe to a thread, an email that was sent from t-i content proofs link. If we can just email to the particular person that a new post was posted on subscribed thread. This should help a bit :)

I agree. However, somebody would have to give those warnings. I.e. the mods would have to check regularly all the threads if all invites have already been given and in this case if the thread was locked.
Not that I don't have any faith in our mods, but I think this might be a little much for them.

Your other suggestion about the emails: totally agree, that should be easy to implement.

On a side note:
Locking one's own thread doen't seem to work reliably, yet. (See here: http://www.torrent-invites.com/gener...wn-thread.html ).
As long as it doesn't, it should not be made a rule...
E.g. I have just tried to lock one of my threads. I can't do it, I don't have this option on the advanced tab.
