Default Ask an expert sub forum

I would like to suggest adding an "ask an expert" sub forum, I saw it on another forum and it looks like a very good way to increase activity.

In this sub forum users with specific skills will open threads where they will discuss and help other members on the given subject; For example: "ask a programmer" thread where users could ask questions and coders could answer them.
Another example: "ask a Japanese" thread where a user from Japan could answer questions and talk about Japan and the Japanese language.
More examples: ask a: doctor, mathematician, chef, veterinarian, economist, engineer, cyclist, nutritionist, Chinese, Indian, American, British, Russian and so on.

PS. I think the right place for it is the help section.

Nice one you think to much and i like it. It would give ease to the new members as they are not so familiar with TI. Once again nice job

For us a person from a certain nationality is an expert in his language and culture.
In short, yes, the discussion will be in English.

I consider this as asking for help at a certain specific subjects so it should be under the help section.

but the help section is all about trackers/ torrents so doctor, mathematician, chef, veterinarian, economist, engineer, cyclist will not be relevant
but i think the part about language will fit in help section

Uh no this is what "help" means:
    Help

    verb
\ˈhelp; Southern often ˈhep also ˈheəp\Definition of HELP

    transitive verb
1: to give assistance or support to <help a child with homework>

2 a : to make more pleasant or bearable : improve, relieve <bright curtains will help the room> <took an aspirin to help her headache> b archaic : rescue, save

3 a : to be of use to : benefit b : to further the advancement of : promote

    4 a : to change for the better b : to refrain from : avoid <we couldn't help laughing> c : to keep from occurring : prevent <they couldn't help the accident> d : to restrain (oneself) from doing something <knew they shouldn't go but couldn't help themselves>
5 : to serve with food or drink especially at a meal <told the guests to help themselves>
6 : to appropriate something for (oneself) <helped himself to the car keys>
Help - Definition and More from the Free Merriam-Webster Dictionary

Coincidentally, most help requests are on said subjects but anyone can ask for any help they want in this section.

Also, I said in the first post, to add a sub forum, that means it will be under the help section; next to Non-English Help, Reported Posts and Site Tutorials.
