this is true, el2em... but i have to disagree with your stance on (b). I realize that the advanced search fulfills this function, but that might not be abundantly apparent, especially to n00bs who really benefit a lot (arguably the most) from tracker reviews.
In other words, it doesn't hurt to have the functionality in multiple places with the goal of being "user friendly" in mind---I realize this can be taken to ridiculous levels though too, so perhaps a simple limit of 2 or 3 ways to access features on the website is a good standard to apply? And I mean that not just here, but in all cases (kinda like how you can click someone's igiver number in the forums or go to the first post in a giveaway and use the "submit igvier" button on the rep/report/reply bar, or row, after receiving an invite from someone).
