    I might be completely wrong here but when I receive a rep point, I don't get a notification. Perhaps we should add such a feature? Not sure if it has already been suggested.

    Yes, this has been suggested a million times before lol some examples:
    +Rep/-Rep Notification
    Pop up, when someone repped you?
    iGiver and REP info in the welcome area

    (you should use the "search forum" option before posting a new thread)

    I don't think it will ever be implemented.
    However, a quick way to check your rep is to click the "settings" link in the top of every page (or UserCP if you are using the white theme) and scroll down a bit. You will have there the latest reputation received followed by your rep points.

    I definitely think that your total rep should be posted under feeback on posts. I know a lot of people on here don't know where to find it and either start new threads about the subject or just aimlessly click around trying to find it, which in theory you would think would slow down the site. I can't think of any reason why you wouldn't want this done.
