Yeah, I'd say they should be allowed to talk amongst themselves but it might save a lot of time weeding out poor additions to the community by just banning people who are asking for invites in the intro threads, that's just plain rude and uncalled for.

However I can understand where it'd be a bother to wade through all that convo just to rep someone into the site.

I am new to this trading invites, and would appreciate any help anyone could give me. I have invites to trade, but don`t know how to get to that point.

Hey there punker, it's really simple to start giving out invites for trade.

First, if it is trading you want to do (giving is much more appreciated around here) then head on over to this forum: http://www.torrent-invites.com/trade-invites/

Make sure you check that you "have" the invite to trade and don't forget to read the info and rules about trading here: http://www.torrent-invites.com/trade...e-section.html

A much simpler way to get your reputation on the board up as well as iTrade points is to just give the invites away, either for free (here: http://www.torrent-invites.com/give-invites/) or you could run a mini competition to decide who you give your invites to (here: http://www.torrent-invites.com/competition-invites/).

    Hope that helped .

I'm getting quite annoyed with the actual current members leaving pointless comments in the Introduction threads. One or two welcomes... fine, but do we need 5 people saying "Welcome!" to every new member?!?!

Well, this is the least of our problems (if it even it identified as a problem). I don't really take much notice about how many people are welcoming some guy and most others probably don't either. I'll consider it a problem if they are all giving reps to that same person in question. To me, 5 people welcoming a newcomer is okay, 5 people repping a newcomer isn't.

It's a waste of space and half the people doing it are newly repped members who think they're getting post counts by saying "Welcome".

Oh, and I agree with the multiple rep thing. It should be kept a better eye on, I try hard to contribute good posts and make useful and thoughtful comments and I've earned my 4 positive reps. They shouldn't be getting multiple reps just because their intro was good and people were too lazy to check if they already have a green block... hehe.
