Thread: Competition rules update

I recently held a competition in Competitions section, so I have a suggestion how to improve the competition rules, particularly the rule about the end date of competitions. The current provision is as follows.

All competitions need to have a stated end date. The winner should be declared no later than a few days after said end date.

In my opinion there should be a one way of stating the end date for competitions because, lets face it, this community is international and every region has its own "proper" date format. Understanding of every region date format is a pain in the *, the easiest way is to add that, when stating the end date, the name of the month must consist of letters not numerals. I am not writing this just out of boredom. This is a real problem. Thank you for your attention. Cheers!
