wait a minute....so by me having a 6 ratio, im a ratio whore?? i still seed trueblood season 3. i just checked and there are only 14 of us seeding. and people are still uploading from me. yet im hurtin someone else's ratio?? Now to your topic about knowledge and helping others....your rite for this site. but im talkin about a tracker. when and if i recieve invites to share with others...i will only give them to someone with a positive ratio.

TankGirl is spot on with her post. It's unnecessary to swamp new members with the forum functions when they haven't experienced it themselves. There are numerous occasions where the member is provided with the FAQ link so understanding the how-to's of this forum should be done on your own accord.
Knowing the rules of the site is a completely separate issue considering these are the instances which can result in a warning/infraction/ban of your T-I account if not followed.
As you've stated, it might be a good idea to expand the information of the reputation and like systems in our FAQ. The admins are aware of the shortcomings of the like button and have already considered the possibility of revamping the system so let's all just wait to see what will happen.
With that said, the proposal to add questions to the Intro form will be rejected. Thanks for your inputs.
