Modify board software to prevent posts with non allowed image links

Is it possible to give an error when a user posts an intro or in a invites section and the post contains a link to an image hosting service that isn't allowed? Then the user gets an error right away when trying to post.

I could imagine either a blacklist on URLs to image hosting services, or a whilte list of approved hosts for URLs that point to .jpg, .png, etc.

I'm sure it is possible and I will mention it up the ladder for you but, I don't know how much work it would be or really if it would be deemed necessary. The rules at TI are pretty simple to follow and if someone posts in your Giveaway with an unauthorized pic host then that is a pretty good indicator that they did not read how to post Intro/proof etc...

This may work hand in hand if T-I decides to host all images internally as found here.
