Thread: Surfers?

Any surfers about?
I am, I ride a shortboard but also have an SUP for when its really bad surf.
Massive wave drought here right now though.

I ride shortboards too.. but when the waves are small.. i use a funboard (a 7´ hybrid between a short and long board... )

I do some skating too (the "normal" one... carve and i bought last month the electric skate... amazing !)

What is(are) your shortbaord(s)?
I have a 6'0" Lost Speed Demon II rounded squashtail, a 6'2" Adams squashtail, and a 6'5" Lost Whiplash roundtail.

I tried a 6'0" fish a while ago but hated it. Didn't like the way in bottom turned. I much prefer a longer drawn out bottom turn to a half assed wiggle half way up the face!

I have a 6´1 wing , 6´3 squash and a 6´5 squash too
And the funboard is 7´0
All from Wetworks (Here in Brazil is a famous shaper called Ricardo Martins.. he do some boards for the Brazilian Tops... )

I'm a bodyboarder at about 15 years or so...
I love being in contact with the ocean... Everytime i go, i feel much more relaxed in the end...
I think both are awsome sports, even though i never tried surf... Maybe someday as i have a friend who surfs, so we can do an exchange
