    Default This World Cup: Vuvuzelas

Meant to post this here, What do you guys think of the vuvzelas? I personally think they are annoying as hell. I miss all the chanting song singing stuff. It's all drowned out by these stupid horns.

I mean oh my god...every time I watch a game with my dad or a friend, I fu*king turn off the damn volume to even watch it. I saw on the news that some TV Channels from some countries, broadcast the matches with the sound from the stadium turned off, and only the commentators are heard. Thats too bad, soccer can't be enjoyed at the maximum without the spectators and theire songs.

Oh man... In the beginning i confess i looked at vuvuzelas as a funny way of South African people showing some of their magic, happiness and passion for football.
But NOT ANYMORE! For those like me who see the games in the TV it's becoming really annoying. I understand that people who go to South Africa to see the games, want to have a vuvuzela, but this is becoming a global phenomenom!
I mean, all single days i hear that horns near to my home and i don't leave in South Africa.
There are also studies made that had proved vuvuzelas relation with hearing loss...
FIFA is completelly against vuvuzelas and i think they disturb players during the games

I dont' like this vuvuzelas. In my country, in Romania, this thing and other stuff similar, are prohibited on stadiums.

I'm neutral about vuvuzelas. They don't bother me at all, but I would have liked to see them banned. I also prefer chanting and other normal pitch noise. Although I never understand single word what people are singing.

I totally dislike them. I can accept the fact that it represents the culture of the hosting country, however they greatly contradict with the unique atmosphere of the stadiums all over Europe and America. Therefore, they should take it a bit easier with those noisy things. :)

PS : A shout out to the Argentina fans who tried to beat the noise with their chant. Sad they didn't make it.

To be honest, they really don't bother me that much. I actually laugh every time I turn on a World Cup match now and hear them overpowering a lot of the announcers. Though I can see how they can get really annoying really quick.

I really do NOT like it. When I watched games, all background sound of games are noise. From beginning to ending.
