    Default Uruguay vs. France

As no one started a thread about this game, i'll start it.

I saw only the second half of the game but what i saw i'm like Synth said in IRC "seriously i didn't know if I watching some drama or actually football"

France players allways in the ground, Uruguay players also... But France allways starts the World Cup like this and finishes in the top positions....

As i said i didn't saw the entire game, so post here your opinions.

It was a pretty boring game. No idea that it would turn out to be like this. Second tie games. LOL. I was guessing the result would be something like France 2-0 or 2-1, but who knew.

As you said"France allways starts the World Cup like this and finishes in the top positions" I'm agree with that,France have great team,But they need player like Zidane who can finish by only one play.
I think France will win the World Cup,Despite the low level in the game which appeared.

It was a very very boring game! I saw the most of it but to be honest almost fell asleep...
I thought Uruguay was going to make a surprise here but what a disappointment. Their midfield is weak, there's no imagination, no one able to take the ball and create good chances... Of course Forlan and Suarez are very dangerous in the attack but if the ball doesn't arrive there, they can't do anything...
France is always the same at the start of this championships... Not very attractive football, but most of the times it has some success. Like in the last World Cup!

Cant believe i wasted 90 minutes watching this it was a snore fest. The opening game was much more fun, lots more chances. Argentina seems a good bet tomorrow 1/2. Ill put 60 on to win 30 im broke:) Dont let me down Messi and co.

Not a great game from a fans perspective, but congrats to Uruguay. They worked their tails off for the point. And I don't know what to make of France. Theyre the most talented team in the group, but domenech seems like hes pushing every wrong button. Their subs in this game made no sense at all. And there are rumors that Malouda had to be restrained in the pregame when he found out he didnt make the starting 11. It wouldnt feel like France without some drama, but I won't be surprised at all if they fail to get out of the group.

I have always supported France but after Zidane retired and they handball-ed to get in the world cup, i no longer was interested. Zidane was France and without him they can't do much. Apart from that i watched the game highlights many chances but not many goals. Ribery was fantastic.
