My personal opinion is

Quarters:

A.C. Milan over Barca (3-2 Agg)
Benfica over Chelsea (5-4 Agg)

Real over APOEL (5-0)
Bayern over Marseille (4-0)

Semi
Real over Bayern (2-1)
A.C. over Benfica (3-0)



Final
R.Madrid vs A.C. Milan final

Winner - R. Madrid (3-1)

Hehe do you think that Real and Bayern will have so easy work that they won't concede goal? :)

My predictions:

Quarters: Barca over AC Milan(interesting pair)
Chelsea over Benfica(torres will score lol :D)
Real over APOEL
Bayern over Marseille
