I've used plain VNC, Teamviewer, and LogMeIn. Teamviewer and LogMeIn are much better than just using VNC.

Use the products wisely with an updated OS with suitable security software . When u run any remote controlling software, you are opening a door for free entry .

I totally agree. The VNC apps for android leave a lot to be desired. I like Splashtop, and Logmein is good too, but expensive (but what kind of forum is this? Pirate it!).

for those who havn't used VNC before, it's pretty good tbh... very small, can run on startup, secure and very valuable :)

What makes you say secure? I was under the impression that it was pretty insecure. I have heard that using it on a web server is a very bad idea, for instance.

I'm not quiet sure to be honest Coal, rather not make anything up...

But I doubt they would still be alive if they were advertising a trojan that allows anyone in...

I know it has password protection, beyond that, sorry to say it's beyond my level of expertise...

I've found that Windows Remote Desktop works great for me. Set up isn't difficult either and does exactly what I need it to do.
