My FTP login details aren't working.

Never mind sent them an email and they sorted it out.

Right I've recently upgraded to the Unmetered S package after using the basic package which was excellent but I'm having some problems.

The torrents just hang on starting, also when I cross-seed it will check existing data then freeze also when I'm uploading the torrent it will randomly freeze. I've pm'd support they've told me to do "admin > superadmin > Maintenance > repair" Still no luck the torrents keep having the same issue. It's been like this since I've bought the package I'm very unhappy as it's basically a waste of money. If they don't fix it within 3 days I'm going to find another host tbh.

If anyone can see what I'm doing wrong please enlighten me.

    Update~
They basically said I was using all my ram (500MB) although the package says I can have unlimited active torrents. BIT MISLEADING!.
I currently have 2 torrents active how TF! is that using 500MB's of ram. Very unhappy defiantly going to find another host

Stay away from the private seedboxes!

Totally awesome post! Definitely worth "rep" to the author.

I just signed up for the "premiere" package this morning ($25 per month). Still can't get in after 12 hours.

I have a question. How do you upload new content to the seedbox server so that you can create new and unique content that has not been offered yet? My seedbox is now setup, but I can't seem to find the way to upload new content. I can see the browse button to locate the torrent file, but I can't find where I will actually browse for the directory that contains the actual content so that my content can be uploaded to the seedbox server.

    Thanks.
