    Default Maximize screen estate with Winsplit Revolution and Dexpot

    During the last few years I have witnessed my screens growing to 24" widescreen. But then I started to consider how to make the best of all that great space . Here are a few killer freeware appz that I always keep in my arsenal now:


    Winsplit Revolution

    Winsplit makes it easy to size+send a window to a specified part of your screen at the press of a hotkey. Very nifty when you want to see the contents of several windows at once. Absolutely awesome.

    Dexpot

    Dexpot is Multiple Desktop Management on steroids. Now you can have fx have Visual Studio on 'Desktop 1', Image viewer on 'Desktop 2' and Trac on 'Desktop 3'. Then switch between them with Left-Alt+1, Left-Alt+2 etc.
