double archived files
Hi guys!
I've seen a lot of frustration on different torrent tracker sites about double archived files, i.e., when files are rard and also zipped afterwards. The solution for this is very simple and you don't have to go through all of the zip files and extract the manually. What you do is select all of the zip files, click right mouse button and choose extract files. After this you already know what to do :)
That was quite possibly the biggest waste of 10 seconds imaginable.

The solution is not to even bother downloading poorly packed torrents like that.
In my experience (quite a long time).
I've only run into a handful of these.
Never a problem for more than 2 seconds :).

Usually there is a reason behind double archiving them.
For example, if the scene release was posted in 10 files, and someone got it from rapidshare or something where it is preferred to only have one file, if they extracted them all and recompressed it, you wouldn't be able to seed the scene release.
Keeping the original format intact lets you seed it on a site that still has it as seperate files.
