Another user pointed this out before but I believe you overlooked it. You chose settings from the chart for a 10Mbps U/L connection whereas your example D/L speed was 10 Mbps and U/L was closer to 2.5Mbps.

You might want to put your glasses on properly because the screen shot I used off google for the example speed test shows UL as being 10 Mbps.

Sticky tape or super glue helps keep those ever important spectacles fixated firmly to your cranium, experiment and see what works best for you; I hear staples are a treat too.

It's obvious a lot of work went into writing that. Only a shame I use Azureus/Vuze though :D
