Thread: When using Azureus websites wont open

After using Azureus for a period of time websites just wouldnt open for me.I noticed that azureus makes a bunch of connections (at times as much as 3000) ,and that happened to be the problem.

I dont know for shure is it a limitation of the router im using or the internet provider itself.After closing azureus everything would go back to normal.

The workaround is disabling the Distributed DB and Distributed Tracker(just distributed DB might do the job).

Open tools>options>plugins remove the checkmarks from the plugin and restart azureus.

After that the number of connections azureus makes is the number you see on the screen (seeders/leechers youre connected to)

I havent noticed any drawbacks by doing this and my speed is still at its max (tried in private trackers)
